The clinician will prepare for and conduct individual, group, and family therapy for an assigned caseload according to the Individual Service Plan, while also providing CPST and TBS services as assigned. Essential duties include assisting clients with developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, making necessary modifications and referrals, and completing all required documentation.
Applicants must possess a State of Ohio License (LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC) and demonstrate solid behavioral health assessment and clinical skills, along with excellent record-keeping abilities. The role requires the ability to implement crisis intervention procedures due to potential health and safety risks associated with clients in crisis.
We are currently recruiting for a Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor in our Behavioral Health Department. This position provides assessment, treatment, and progress monitoring for individuals with a mental health diagnosis and/or disabilities. Services are provided both in person as well as through telehealth.
Hours of work are flexible, can be full or part-time.
