After successfully opening our flagship Institute in New York in 2022 and expanding to South Florida in 2024, we are now bringing the Atria experience to the West Coast with the launch of our Los Angeles Institute in late spring 2026. This is an extraordinary opportunity to join our founding LA team. You will be responsible for bringing rigor and thoroughness to the development of clinical operations in our largest clinic yet, as well as maintaining and supporting our strong and inclusive organizational culture and performance standards. In this hands-on role, you will collaborate with clinical, finance, technology, care coordination, hospitality, content, events, and experience and to drive excellence. Core Responsibilities Partner with Atria physicians to provide exceptional care in a state-of-the-art facility, as well as providing care to our members in the comfort of their homes. Works collaboratively with CMOs (Chief Medical Officer) to provide Preventive Care, Well Visits & Comprehensive Health Assessments in the Institute, also with direct and indirect supervision for urgent Home Care visits. Adult Care NPs & PAs must have the ability to work fluidly and competently across multiple disciplines, with a primary focus in Neurology. Assist with the Brain Health program, concussion, headache and general neurology. Flexibility to work weekends and off hours for on-call coverage for home care visits and Institute coverage, as necessary. NPs & PAs must have ability to provide comprehensive Primary Care to the adult population. Is competent to provide care to members based upon the age groups treated. Adaptability to gain training and demonstrate competencies in a variety of Point of Care Testing modalities and devices. Flexibility to perform clinical, administrative and clerical tasks outside routine scope of practice. Opportunity to perform Exercise Physiology and Mobility Testing with Diers/Dari Providing Home Care Services for minor procedures, such as insertion of peripheral IV for medication administration, wound care, vaccinations and phlebotomy techniques. Documentation and appropriate maintenance of Medical Records for members Telehealth visits & Electronic prescribing of medications as needed. Maintenance & upkeep of Professional Licenses, Certifications, DEA certification, State requirements and National Certifying Agencies credentials Participates in appropriate continuing medical education programs for maintenance of Continued Medical Education and CUEs for professional licensure Administer a wide range of standardized neuropsychological tests, psychological assessments, and self-report measures to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral function Score tests accurately, paying close attention to detail and adhering to standardized manuals/protocols in a timely manner
