The clinician will work within a team to deliver direct mental health services to children, youth, and families, focusing on promoting their emotional, behavioral, and psychological well-being. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, administering testing, formulating individualized treatment plans, and providing in-home individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or clinical psychology, along with the required licensure in the state of Massachusetts. A minimum of one to three years of prior experience working with adolescent, latency, or young adult populations in residential or community-based settings is necessary, along with a valid driver's license and insured vehicle.

Generous starting salary*: MA Level Clinician $70,000 - $73,000; Ind. Licensed Clinician $75,000 - $80,000.
Also, this full-time position is eligible for a $5,000 hiring bonus provided in 2 installments at 3 and 6 months of employment.
*Starting salary ranges are based on having less than 2 years’ experience and are negotiable commensurate with more experience. Additional compensation is provided for: bilingual skills, clinical intervention after hours, on-call rotation, supervision of interns, and becoming certified to facilitate Risking Connection Trauma-Informed training, and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training. Opportunities exist for future annual merit-based salary increases.
