Key Program is seeking Community-Based Family Counselors (Outreach Caseworkers) in Providence, RI to work with children, youth and families referred by the RI Department of Children Youth and Families (DCYF) for comprehensive community-based services. Outreach Caseworkers provide direct intervention and case management to children/youth and their families, promote their emotional, behavioral and psychological well-being, and help them navigate the challenges they face. Competitive hourly wage: $22.50
Additional compensation is provided for bilingual skills, on-call rotation, and our generous employee referral bonus program.

• Bachelor’s degree in related human services field required (i.e. psychology, sociology, human services, social work, etc.) AND one year of human service experience; includes employment, internship or volunteer work
