The Advanced Practice Provider reports to clinical leadership and collaborates with center teams to achieve facility-specific goals and priorities. This role involves providing primary and urgent care services to residents in skilled nursing centers in collaboration with other medical providers.
Candidates must be a graduate from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program, pass the PANCE, and hold PA state licensure and NCCPA certification. A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

We are seeking a full-time (32-40 hours per week) provider for float position between our centers located in the eastern West Virginia panhandle (cities include Shepherdstown, Charles Town, and Martinsburg). This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.

*Yearly average of thirteen thousand per year in bonus through our no-cap Incentive Compensation Program (for providers working 40 hours per week) *Relocation bonus for eligible candidates.
