The Advanced Practice Provider delivers primary and urgent care services to residents in sub-acute and long-term care settings, reporting to the Director of Clinical Practice or Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role requires collaboration with the Center Leadership Team, Medical Director, or Attending Physician for both center goals and patient-specific medical care.

We are seeking a full-time (32-40 hours per week) provider for float position between our centers located in the eastern West Virginia panhandle (cities include Shepherdstown, Charles Town, and Martinsburg). This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
The base salary range for this position is $109000 - $123000 / year, in addition to our no-cap incentive compensation bonus program.

Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited Nursing program, licensed as an RN, and certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree, preferably with a concentration in Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner. Physician Assistants must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and pass the PANCE, with state licensure and NCCPA certification required.
