The Clinical Therapist will provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and insight into the understanding of the factors that create youth offenders. The Clinical Therapist will focus on intervention services, crisis prevention as well as crisis resolution to interrupt and stop cycles of violence and retaliation through best evidence-based practices.
Requires a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology and a valid Michigan license (LLPC, LLP, or LMSW-Clinical). Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience providing therapeutic treatment to youth.
