  • Details: The Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist independently performs interventional procedures only, utilizing proper techniques and safe administration of contrast media. The technologist works within their licensed scope in medication administration, equipment operation, and venipuncture. This role coordinates patient flow, supports IR operations, and exercises professional judgment to maintain equipment in optimal condition. The technologist will have on call responsibilities and support other IR related functions based on departmental needs.

Requirements

Requires an associate degree, CPR certification, ARRT RT(R) registry, and an ODH Radiologic License. Candidates must have 1-3 years of job-related experience and at least 3 years of progressive Radiologic Technology experience.
