The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating patient conditions and developing individualized treatment plans focused on enhancing the ability to perform daily activities and improve functional independence. Essential duties include providing therapeutic interventions, documenting progress, collaborating with healthcare teams, and educating patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program and hold a current license to practice occupational therapy, along with required CPR certification. Experience in inpatient rehabilitation is preferred, and strong interpersonal and documentation skills are necessary.
