The Advanced Practice Provider reports to the Director of Clinical Practice and collaborates with the Center Leadership Team on site-specific goals. This role involves providing primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers.

We are seeking a Part Time (20-30 hours/2-3 days per week) provider for our Kent Regency Center located in Warwick, RI. This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
The base salary range for this position is $56 - $60 / hour, in addition to our no-cap inventive compensation bonus program.
We are also offering a five-thousand-dollar sign-on bonus!

Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited PA program, pass the PANCE, and hold required PA state licensure and NCCPA certification. A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
