The Physical Therapist will provide home-based therapy to help patients regain strength, manage pain, and achieve mobility goals following an illness or injury. This involves conducting assessments, documenting progress, modifying care plans, and educating both patients and their families on exercises and self-care.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program and hold an active PT license in Kansas, along with current CPR certification. Essential soft skills include good clinical judgment, strong interpersonal abilities, dexterity, and compassion.
