The clinician will provide diagnostic evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for children, adolescents, and their families, focusing on both individual and family therapy as needed. Responsibilities also include engaging with external stakeholders to coordinate holistic care and completing administrative tasks like maintaining case records and documenting client contacts.
Candidates must possess a New York State license, specifically an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMSW, LMHC, or LMFT, and must be skilled in providing evidence-based therapy modalities to youth aged 3 to 17 years. Required attributes include strong administrative, time management, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

In our commitment to professional growth and development, full-time Clinicians receive 12 hours of paid professional development time annually to attend training or conferences that meet their individual learning needs and interests.
Title: Child & Adolescent Clinician
Supervisor: Center Director, Clinical Supervisor (LCSW)
Status: Full-Time, Exempt, 40 hours per week
Monday-Friday. No on-call, no weekends, and no holiday requirements
Locations: Kingston/Ellenville with time spent between the two centers
$60,000 - $75,000 annually (Sign-on Bonus Available)
Salaries are based on experience, education, and length of licensure.
