As a Therapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat clients using evidence-based interventions across individual, group, and family settings. You will develop individualized treatment plans, participate in clinical staffing, coordinate care with internal teams and referral sources, manage documentation per regulatory standards, and respond to crises when they arise. Key Responsibilities

· Provide individual, group, family, and specialty counseling (e.g., trauma, co-occurring disorders) tailored to client goals.

· Conduct intakes/screenings and comprehensive assessments; determine and document diagnoses.

· Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans that align with state and agency standards.

· Facilitate transitions of care, including completion of transition summaries and correspondence.

· Participate in clinical staffing, treatment team meetings, and provide clinical consultation to team members.

· Maintain timely, accurate documentation of all services in required formats and correct charting deficiencies as needed.

· Coordinate with internal departments and external referral sources to ensure authorized services and continuity of care.

· Respond to crisis situations and, when necessary, participate in or coordinate emergency services.

· Provide clinical supervision to trainees once professional requirements are met.

· Represent the agency professionally within the community and support organizational goals and initiatives.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications

· Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.

· Holds applicable professional licensure for the state of practice (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).

· Willingness to pursue licensure in additional states as required.

· Comfortable providing telehealth services (training provided).

Additional Qualifications

· Must meet employment requirements including successful background checks, fingerprinting, and acceptable driving record.

· Completion of New Hire Orientation and mandatory training (including Relias) per agency schedules.

· First Aid and CPR certification within three (3) months of hire and maintained thereafter.

· Behavioral Management training within 30 days of employment (CPI for Residential; Peaceful Intervention or Verbal De-escalation for Outpatient).

· Demonstrated knowledge of diagnostic criteria, caseload management, rehabilitation principles, and legal/court procedures related to mental health and substance use treatment.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to establish effective relationships via in-person, telephone, and telehealth contacts.

· Ability to follow supervision and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Physical Requirements

· ADA Consideration - Sedentary work

exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently; repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing.
