About the role

The Rehabilitation Therapist will be responsible for performing patient assessments and executing individualized treatment plans while delivering high-quality, hands-on rehabilitation therapies. This role also requires clear communication with doctors, clients, and team members, alongside maintaining accurate medical records to support a patient-first environment.

Description As a Rehabilitation Therapist, you will be trusted to

Perform patient assessments and carry out individualized treatment plans Deliver high-quality, hands-on rehabilitation therapies Communicate clearly and effectively with doctors, clients, and team members Maintain thorough and accurate medical records Support a team-focused, patient-first environment

What we are looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a veterinary assistant in a hospital setting RVT preferred; rehabilitation certifications (CCRA, CCRVN, CCRP) highly valued Additional certifications (CCFT, COASM, massage) or canine training/competition experience are a plus Strong understanding of canine and feline behavior Excellent communication and client service skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office and eager to learn EMR systems (EzyVet) Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist patients in various positions

Our Rehabilitation Department is growing—and we’re looking for a skilled, compassionate Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team.

At our practice, rehabilitation is more than treatment—it’s about building relationships, restoring quality of life, and creating a low-stress, supportive experience for both patients and their families. Our expanding department features: Dedicated spaces for therapeutic exercise Underwater treadmill and VetSystems whirlpool Advanced modalities including: Class IV & Class IIIB LASER therapy Therapeutic ultrasound PulseVet extracorporeal shockwave therapy You’ll also work alongside veterinarians who are passionate about mentorship and continued education, with certifications in: Acupuncture Trigger point needling Massage therapy Veterinary spinal manipulation
