What You'll Do Provide exceptional nursing care to ill patients Perform comprehensive patient assessments and collaborate with doctors to enact individualized plans of care Monitor complex patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in clinical status Educate pet parents while providing compassionate support during challenging situations Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies Provide growth support to rising team members Cross training in outpatient care
Veterinary experience required (Emergency experience preferred) Current North Carolina license carries additional pay incentives Previous ICU or critical care experience preferred; motivated professionals with strong clinical performance and advanced skills set are still encouraged to apply Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Full-time availability for a four-day work week Availability for weekends and holidays to provide 24/7 hr 365-day coverage for our community. Days and nights negotiable based on current needs.
