The Speech Pathologist administers speech therapy services to patients in their residences according to physician orders and the established plan of care. Responsibilities include performing initial evaluations, consulting with physicians on treatment changes, writing progress notes during each visit, and summarizing patient discharge.
Required qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology and a valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist where services are provided. Candidates must also possess knowledge of medical terminology, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.

A Speech Pathologist (SLP) administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Administrator/Clinical Manager. Speech therapy services are furnished only by or under the supervision of a qualified speech pathologist or audiologist.

Hours • 8: 00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
