The Universal Worker/CNA provides high-quality, safe personal care assistance to senior living tenants, including help with bathing, dressing, ambulation, and observing/assisting with certain medications. They also perform essential support tasks such as housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and planning/leading life enrichment activities.
Candidates must possess a current Minnesota CNA license or be able to obtain one upon hire to perform duties like assisting tenants with daily living, monitoring vital signs, and documenting tenant records. Key duties also involve recognizing and reporting changes in tenant health or behavior to the nurse.

Receive 7% premium on base rate for all hours worked and $2 an hour NOC shift differential added to base wage!
The Universal Worker/CNA provides high-quality and safe personal care assistance to senior living tenants that is consistent with the current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as well as the philosophy, policies, and procedures of Eventide. Will also perform housekeeping, laundry, and planning and life enrichment activities as needed.
At Eventide, we value our employees and offer a competitive estimated pay range of $18-$20.16 for Universal Worker/CNA per hour based on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift premiums and differentials are also available, for select positions, paid on employment status and shift worked.
