The Physical Therapist will be responsible for helping patients restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability to achieve the highest possible level of physical independence. This includes performing comprehensive initial evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, administering prescribed treatments, and supervising Physical Therapist Assistants.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a current Nebraska Physical Therapy license and current or eligible NPTE certification. A minimum of one year of experience in acute care, rehab, or outpatient settings is required, with home health experience being preferred.
