$32 - $34 / HOUR
LPNs will participate in planning and coordinating total patient care following the RN and physician's plan of care, accurately reporting patient conditions and preparing progress notes. They will also assist patients with daily living activities while teaching self-care techniques and maintaining a safe environment.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience as an LPN in a home care setting, hold a current state LPN license, and be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Additional requirements include current CPR certification, a valid TB test, reliable transportation, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
