The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will assess and provide care to patients by collaborating with the entire healthcare team, including cross-training and floating to other nursing areas as needed. Responsibilities also involve participating in process improvement, offering solution-based input, and delivering patient and family-centered care while maintaining current nursing knowledge.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred, and possess a minimum of one year of acute care experience. A current RN license in Colorado or a compact state is required, along with current maintenance of BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
