The Activity Assistant will be responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating engaging group events, one-on-one sessions, and special celebrations for residents. This role also involves encouraging participation, building meaningful relationships, ensuring resident safety during activities, and documenting participation and progress according to guidelines.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma (or state-required certification) and demonstrate energy, creativity, and excellent communication skills. A genuine passion for working with elderly and disabled individuals is essential, along with the ability to meet the physical demands of the role safely.
