The Physical Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, re-evaluating, planning discharge, and revising the established plan of care under physician supervision. This role involves helping seniors achieve their rehabilitation goals within a serene and friendly environment.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program, along with active state licensure and compliance with national board association requirements. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants are also necessary qualifications.
