Under the direction of our nursing staff, we will partner with you to provide the best personalized patient care within our Magnet-designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 229-bed hospital.
Our paid Clinical Associate Training Program (CATP) is designed to support candidates with little or no patient care experience that are seeking a direct patient care position within our hospital. Upon successful completion of this program, candidates will join one of our inpatient teams to deliver superior physical and emotional assistance to our patients.
$19.50 - $26.24
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
