Facilitate the organ donation process through clinical support, donor evaluation, and medical management in compliance with CMS and AOPO standards. Coordinate the recovery of organs and tissues while managing logistics for recovery teams and ensuring donor stability.
Requires an Associate's degree in nursing (RN) or licensure as a Respiratory Therapist with at least two years of critical care experience. Must hold current BLS and ACLS certifications approved by the American Heart Association.

Lifebanc, is the federally designated organ, eye and tissue recovery organization that serves 20 counties in Northeast Ohio. Put simply, we facilitate and coordinate organ, eye and tissue donation and transplantation in our community and educate the public on the importance of our mission. The Transplant Coordinator I position is responsible for the facilitation of the organ donation process by providing clinical support through donor evaluation, donor medical management, organ placement and recovery in compliance with CMS and AOPO standards.
