This role supports laboratory operations by assisting with pre-analytical and post-analytical processes to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include performing phlebotomy, specimen collections, and maintaining specimen quality.
Candidates must be able to perform phlebotomy and various specimen collections, including urine drug screens, while assessing and maintaining specimen quality. Required education emphasizes clear and effective written and oral communication skills in standard English.
Provides support to the operation of the Laboratory by assisting with pre-analytical and post-analytical processes resulting in optimal patient outcomes. Responsible for assigned shifts and subject to overtime and call back as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
