The LVT will assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, and surgeries while performing diagnostic tests and monitoring anesthesia. Additionally, they are responsible for conducting dental cleanings and educating clients on preventive care and treatment plans.
As a Licensed Veterinary Technician, you are an important part of our clinical team and your duties will include: Assisting veterinarians during patient exams, treatments, and surgeries. Administering medications, vaccinations, and therapeutic treatments. Performing diagnostic tests, including radiography, bloodwork, and urinalysis. Monitoring anesthesia and providing post-operative care. Conducting dental cleanings and using digital dental radiography. Educating clients on preventive care, treatment plans, and post-care instructions. Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring a clean, organized clinic environment.
Experience: Licensed Veterinary Technician Required (LVT) and at least 1 year of experience as an LVT Skills: Strong diagnostic, technical, and communication abilities.

Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
