The role involves providing direct patient care to behavioral health patients, including completing admitting and shift assessments and analyzing patient data to notify physicians of condition changes. Responsibilities also include participating in multidisciplinary treatment plan development, documenting care, and supervising LPNs and technicians.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing or possess equivalent education for licensing, with no prior experience explicitly required. Essential requirements include maintaining a Missouri RN license or a Compact State RN license, and holding a Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification from the AHA.
