The role involves performing daily patient care activities under the supervision of an RN or Patient Care Manager, including assistance with activities of daily living and comfort measures. Key duties also include collecting vital data such as weight, temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, as well as performing non-sterile treatments and phlebotomy when assigned.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and must either be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or complete certification before orientation ends, or have completed one clinical nursing school rotation while currently enrolled in a nursing program. One year of patient care experience in areas like EKG, Phlebotomy, Nurse Aide, or Nurse Technician is preferred.

EDUCATION High school diploma or equivalent.
