Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist will address patient performance to support engagement in occupations affecting health and quality of life, selecting appropriate treatment models and applying interventions to maximize safety and performance in daily activities. Responsibilities also include assessing environments, recommending adaptive equipment, training patients and caregivers, and reporting on progress toward treatment goals.

Candidates must have graduated from an Occupational Therapy program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association and possess current licensure or certification in the state of practice. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of two years of related experience, strong communication skills, valid transportation, and the ability to obtain necessary certifications like a CPR certification and AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
