The primary duty involves conducting one-time assessments for Veterans to assist them with their disability claim process, which includes reviewing records and completing assessments electronically. Providers will see a low volume of patients, typically 1 to 5 Veterans per day, in a low-stress setting.
This role is open to both new Nurse Practitioner graduates and experienced providers seeking a slower pace, requiring the ability to conduct assessments and review records electronically. Candidates must be comfortable working Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with no requirement for treatments, procedures, prescribing, or billing.
