The role involves serving as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in 13-week full-time contracts within Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Behavioral Health (BH) environments. LPNs must be adaptable to diverse care settings while working day and evening shifts.
Candidates must possess an active LPN license in New York and demonstrate strong skills in communication, organization, and de-escalation techniques. The position requires the ability to commit to full-time day and/or evening shifts.
