The coordinator will assess and evaluate client needs, developing strength-based, stage-wise treatment plans matched to person-centered goals while maintaining consistent caseload contact. Responsibilities also include completing necessary documentation for community services and collaborating with various substance abuse and mental health community partners.
Candidates must be a CMHP according to Medicaid guidelines, possessing either a Bachelor's degree with three years of supervised experience with minors/families or a Master’s prepared LLMSW/LMSW in Michigan with one year of specialized experience. A valid motor vehicle operator's or chauffeur's license is also mandatory.
