Providers must offer 24-hour supervision and support for an individual with intellectual disabilities while creating a welcoming and inclusive home environment. This includes assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration, while ensuring the individual's safety and well-being.
Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a Licensed AFL Home in North Carolina, along with a valid driver's license. Candidates need the ability to pass a background check and must demonstrate a willingness to provide a safe and supportive living environment within their home.
Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals or couples to provide Alternative Family Living (AFL) services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. High school diploma or equivalent. Licensed AFL Home in NC Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check. Willingness to provide a safe and supportive living environment within your home. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Home is within 30 miles of Winston-Salem
