Providers must offer 24-hour supervision and support for an individual with intellectual disabilities while creating a welcoming and inclusive home environment. This includes assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration to ensure the individual's safety and well-being.
Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a Licensed AFL Home in North Carolina, along with a valid driver's license. Candidates need the ability to pass a background check and demonstrate a compassionate and patient demeanor while being willing to provide a safe living environment within their home, located within 30 miles of Winston-Salem.
Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals or couples to provide Alternative Family Living (AFL) services for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
