The Registered Nurse is responsible for the general supervision and coordination of nursing personnel activities during shifts, weekends, and holidays to ensure quality and continuity of patient care. This individual will utilize the nursing process for patient assessments, care planning, and performing care interventions while collaborating with Physicians and other healthcare clinicians.
A Degree in Nursing is required, with a BSN degree preferred, and an active RN licensure is mandatory along with BLS certification. Candidates must possess the ability to observe, assess, record standards, work effectively both independently and in a team, and communicate clearly.
