This role involves assisting the healthcare team with crucial functions like preventing illness and injury, maintaining patient wellness, and providing comfort.
Applicants must possess a current West Virginia LPN license and CPR certification, with a minimum education requirement of a Junior College/Technical school completion. One year of direct, related experience as an LPN is preferred.
