The primary purpose is to provide rehabilitative and supportive casework aimed at restoring patients to their optimal social and health function. This involves supervising assistants, developing and reviewing treatment plans, and facilitating patient and family understanding of medical recommendations.
A Licensed Bachelor Social Work (LBSW) is required, with preference given to those holding an LMSW, LMFT, or LPC. Candidates must also possess current CPR and CPI certifications, along with restraint and seclusion training, prior to direct patient care.
The purpose of this position is provision of rehabilitative and supportive casework geared to restoring patients to their optimum level of social and health function. This work includes facilitation of patient and family understanding of, acceptance of and compliance with medical recommendations.
