The nurse will use excellent nursing skills to observe, interpret, and monitor the patient’s condition, acting as the patient advocate and notifying appropriate personnel of any changes. Responsibilities also include discussing healthcare with patients, relaying concerns to the nursing team, and ensuring proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with all applicable laws.
Candidates must possess a current and unrestricted RN license and have graduated from an accredited nursing program (BSN or ADN). Preferred candidates will have 3 years of RN experience, ideally including some home care experience, along with exceptional IV skills and current CPR certification.
