The specialist will provide mentoring and support to individuals and families in coordination with clinical services, assisting designated clinical personnel with specified support activities. This role involves planning activities, completing required daily paperwork and documentation, and collaborating with clinical teams to advocate for clients.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a High School diploma/GED, and have six weeks (240 hours) of behavioral health experience. Successful completion of a qualified Peer Support Training is required within 90 days of hire, along with maintaining a valid Arizona driver's license and obtaining fingerprint clearance.
