The Mciver Clinic is seeking a Hospital Coordinator.

The hospital care coordinator position entails

• Accepting new patient consults from Jacksonville area hospitals Handling high volume phone calls Coordinating care between providers and patients Summarizing pt chart histories, accurately relaying information. Creating new patient electronic charts Surgery scheduling Record keeping Creating and maintaining office scheduling templates Creating notes for billing of patient charges
• Dictating surgical notes other duties as assigned
• Skills/Experience: EPIC, PowerChart, or Meditech experience preferred 1 year MA experience required; preferred experience in
• Urology
• Medical terminology - required
