The Respiratory Therapist plans, organizes, and provides comprehensive patient care, including respiratory therapy, sleep medicine, EKG, and various testing procedures. Responsibilities also involve ensuring proper equipment maintenance, completing documentation, and collaborating effectively with medical staff across the organization.
Candidates must possess Respiratory Therapist credentialing from the National Board of Respiratory Care and a valid current Idaho State license. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and STABLE within six months of hire, with a preference for at least two years of acute care experience.
