Candidates must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant behavioral health field and hold an active Florida LCSW or LMHC license, as LMFT or CAP certifications are not eligible. Formal training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is required, along with preferred experience working with trauma-affected individuals.
