The Occupational Therapy Assistant is responsible for performing therapeutic interventions and assisting the Occupational Therapist in determining rehabilitation goals. They will collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective patient care and may float to different clinical settings as needed.
Candidates must assist in the assessment and treatment of patients under the direction of an Occupational Therapist. They should also maintain records, construct adaptive equipment, and participate in educational programs.
