This role involves providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Physician, PA, or NP, which includes taking vital signs, reviewing patient history, and assisting with examinations and minor procedures. Responsibilities also include maintaining clean examination rooms, managing medical supplies and stock, and communicating clinical conditions to team members.
Candidates must demonstrate competency in various clinical tasks, including patient intake, assisting with procedures like suturing and casting, and maintaining strict infection control standards. Professional requirements include maintaining a professional appearance, excellent attendance, and strict adherence to patient confidentiality and organizational policies, along with holding a current BLS Certification.
Provides patient care in the office setting. Provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a Physician, PA, or NP. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office policies, procedures, and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about the patient's clinical condition.
