The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Nurse Practitioner or physician, focusing on prompt communication and collaboration with physicians. Responsibilities include collecting patient data, performing interventions like specimen collection and wound care, administering medication, and documenting patient status.
Candidates must be a graduate of an LPN program, preferably with an Associate's degree, and hold a current LPN license in Kentucky, along with BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Required skills include critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a stressful environment with minimal supervision.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire
