Requirements

Graduate (or soon-to-be) from an accredited occupational therapy program Licensed Occupational Therapist or License-eligible Experience with Splinting Hand Certified preferred, not required Professional Development Participate in our Individualized Professional Development Program: Annual continued education allowance Graduated caseload ramp-up time Paid professional association dues Paid licensure renewal Unlimited MedBridge option New graduate mentoring and onboarding The Work You Want to Do Have a specific interest or passion?
