As an Occupational Therapist, the role involves developing relationships with residents and staff while utilizing clinical skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents. Therapists will lead efforts to exceed resident needs through teamwork and collaboration with nursing and facility teams.
Candidates must possess a current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Indiana and demonstrate the ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document resident condition changes. A strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence, along with adherence to C.A.R.E. values, are also required.
