The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services to patients experiencing functional limitations due to injury or disease, while also offering prevention and wellness services. This senior role also involves serving as a resource, participating in the orientation of new staff, and teaching students within practice guidelines defined by North Carolina state law.
Candidates must demonstrate sound clinical reasoning to synthesize complex data, develop comprehensive plans of care, and collaborate with patients and families on measurable goals. A Bachelor's degree or certification in physical therapy is required, with a Master's or Clinical Doctorate preferred, and a current Physical Therapist license in North Carolina is mandatory.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education Bachelor's degree or certification in physical therapy, with Master's or Clinical Doctorate in physical therapy preferred. Experience None beyond required education, although more experience may be preferred at times. Degrees, Licensures, Certifications Must have a current Physical Therapist license. A Compact Physical Therapist license may be accepted, but a NC Physical Therapist license must be obtained within 6 months of the start date, or before the expiration of Compact Privileges, whichever comes first.
