The Patient Care Technician delivers direct and indirect care, addressing patient dependency needs such as nutrition, hygiene, safety, and physical and psychological comfort, all under the direction of licensed nursing staff. This role requires performing duties aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values within patient care settings.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and must hold a current Florida CNA certification. Nursing students are eligible if they are currently enrolled in an RN program and have successfully completed Fundamentals in Nursing, requiring transcript submission.
