Independently performs diagnostic and interventional procedures under physician direction while managing the cath lab environment. Responsibilities include operating hemodynamic monitoring systems, preparing patients, and maintaining essential equipment.
Requires a technical program in Cardiovascular Technology or Allied Health and one year of experience. Mandatory certifications include BLS, ACLS, and either RCIS or ARRT registration.
Education Technical Program Cardiovascular Technology Or Technical Program Allied Health Program Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association And Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association And Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Or General Radiographer by the State of Florida and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Work Experience and
